Last year, owners Charlene Bradin and Betsy Ceva organized a "stay-at-home vacation" weekend of workshops in yoga, breathing and chakras. Even then, there were scheduling conflicts. "People said they couldn't make Saturday, they couldn't make Sunday. So we said, 'Why are we shooting ourselves in the foot?' " Ms. Bradin says.
