Discover the Hatha Yoga Pradipika
The Hatha Yoga Pradipika is the oldest surviving manual of Hatha Yoga. In Sanskrit pradipika means ‘light’, ‘lamp’, or ‘to illuminate’. Because this text sheds light on the Hatha Yoga, it is called ‘Hatha Yoga Pradipika.’ The Hatha Yoga Pradipika presents practical guidelines and experiential instructions intended to lead the practitioner from awareness of the body to awareness of the Self, which, in turn, leads to enlightenment.
Come explore this amazing and enlightening book! We will read and have open discussions on portions of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika with translation and commentary by Swami Muktibodhananda. Having the book is not necessary, but welcome. Available on Amazon.com.
