At Shamani Yoga, everyone has the opportunity to experience transformation through Yoga and Meditation. Shamani Yoga creates tranquility of the body and mind through fluid asana classes that weave meditation, breath, and self-awareness into every moment and movement. Master teachers Betsy Ceva and Charlene Bradin believe in a well-rounded physical practice that also incorporates the wisdom of traditional yoga philosophy. Shamani (meaning to create a tranquil mind) unites their strengths and talents to share the essence of yoga for peace and transformation and to enable a deeper understanding of one’s true Self. Shamani Yoga offers a weekly schedule of online and in-person group yoga classes, private and semi-private yoga sessions, online yoga workshops and special events, life coaching via phone or Zoom, and massage therapy.
Shamani’s Gentle Yoga and Gentle Yoga Plus use a flowing asana practice and intentional breathing along with moments of meditation to invite a tranquil mind. Open to everyone, our Gentle Yoga classes address common issues such as back care, flexibility, balance, and core strengthening. Gentle Yoga is a potent practice appropriate for all ages and levels, beginners and advanced students alike. People with special needs are also invited.
Shamani’s Hatha Yoga challenges the mind to stay focused in the present moment through a moderately vigorous physical practice combined with breath and moments of inner reflection with careful attention to correct technique. Our fun, personalized approach connects to each student, inspiring their best selves. Open to beginners and experienced yogis.
